On December 1st, the 2-day long management conference came again. It is such a significant annual event for PSI. After the election the location for the meeting was finally decided. It was held at “Tang Sparty”.

Unfortunately, the weather was not that good. But the bad weather and the drizzling could not stop our passion. Therefore, the preparation has been done and all the staff arrived in early morning.

Firstly, it was began with the excellent speech by the CEO, Gilbert. He reviewed the ups and downs in the last year. Moreover, Gilbert also expected us all to be able to achieve an outstanding performance and to have a vast improvement in following brand new year.

Furthermore, in the next year the main target and future plan was the next important agenda. For sales department we set 900 million as a goal in the next year. Indeed we are all confident with this target. No doubt PSI has got closer to "go public" in the near future.

Because of the increasing orders, PSI plans to increase one night shift line to deal with this problem. Each department also figure out the new method to build up automatic management system. It makes PSI to achieve higher sales goal and allows PSI to become more competitive in low to middle volume and high mix production field.

Some desserts were served during the intermission. There was nothing to complain about the lunch. The following entertaining activity is Karaoke, which brought us lots of fun. After the delicious meal, we went to the hot spring area and enjoyed those luxurious equipment in the chill night. The shopping mall was a reproduction of the old Tang Dynasty. Moreover, smart electronic wristband which provides multiple functions such as room key and purchase record. It’s such a sweet and human-centered design. It let us not to bring cash, because to buying will be record in the computer via the bar code on the wristband.

All in all, the 2-day long conference was held under a perfect atmosphere, which included not only leisure, relaxation, celebration but also seriousness. Due to this great experience, which left such nice impression for everyone, we all urgently look forward to the next celebration conference in next year.
